I’m Molly. I work full time and I have two little kids. I’m busy! I love to cook and I am able to do it five or six nights a week because I use simple recipes that are mostly nutritious and, (on a good day,) appetizing to all of the family members… even the picky eaters. I believe in moderation, self-care, and taking the time to enjoy what is truly important.
This blog is an exercise in cutting straight to the point. It’s all about the recipe, right? My efforts are directed at sharing good recipes without too much else to muddle through. I go with what I know, but I’m always open to suggestions and new ideas!
