TL/DR – Feta Yogurt Sauce! Amazingly easy sauce, healthier than mayonnaise, goes with a ton of things. –
This is something I developed on the fly to serve on top of Sage Garlic Lamb, but then I discovered that it is delicious with a variety of recipes, like Zucchini Salmon Patties and Crispy Fried Catfish. This is terribly easy and can be made low-fat.
I recommend a quality brand of plain Greek Yogurt, preferably one that proclaims a smooth, not bitter taste on the label. The Greek Gods brand is great to have on hand in your refrigerator.
To make this sauce, combine plain Greek yogurt, feta, lemon juice, fresh parsley, garlic and some salt and pepper in a small food processor and blend until smooth. That’s it!
