Mocktail, anyone? I know, I’m late to this party. But with the dreariness of the Covid-19 crisis and the onset of summer, I’ve been jamming on some homemade, fresh, low-sugar, fizzy alcohol substitutes. This Raspberry Orange Fizz is tasty and zippy!
What exactly is a fizz? Here is a good definition. Thanks, Wikipedia.
In a blender, process fresh or frozen raspberries, fresh orange juice and a bit of orange zest, fresh lemon juice, and agave nectar. Pour sparkling water into glasses and top with the raspberry mixture. It lives up to the name Raspberry Orange Fizz!
Serve it ice cold alongside some Lentil Hamburger Sliders.
